You can write a check to "MN Senate District 57 DFL"
for up to $50 (or up to $100 for married couples) and get a full refund from the state. More information is available from the
State of Minnesota. We
will provide you with a receipt and the Minnesota Department of Revenue's Official Refund form 2008 PCR Form. |
| Fill out and mail the Refund form and receipt to the Department of Revenue, and then they will issue you a check for the amount donated up to $50 per individual per year. |
| This is a direct dollar-for-dollar refund of your contribution returned to you in the form of a check from the State of Minnesota. |
